I don’t see my career as simply a list of companies I’ve worked for.
Each role has given me the opportunity to develop new skills, discover different ways of working, and continuously refine my approach to Product Design.
Over the years, I’ve evolved from designing interfaces to taking a broader product perspective—embracing Design Systems, accessibility, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Learning the Fundamentals
Datanumia
UX/UI Designer • Apprenticeship • 2018 – 2019
My professional journey began at Datanumia, where I discovered the fundamentals of Product Design in a SaaS environment.
I learned how to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, facilitate co-creation workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This experience also introduced me to Design Systems through an Atomic Design approach.

Chapter 2
Expanding My Role as a Designer
Holy Owly
UX/UI Founding Designer • 2019 – 2021
At Holy Owly, I quickly expanded my responsibilities beyond interface design.
I contributed to the company’s visual identity redesign, helped shape new products, and continuously improved the user experience.
Working in a startup taught me to be more autonomous, collaborate across disciplines, and consider business goals from the earliest stages of the design process.

Chapter 3
Designing Products at Scale
BRUT.
Product Designer • eXalt Assignment • 2022 – 2023
After joining eXalt, I started my first client assignment at Brut.
I worked on a platform used daily by editorial teams, contributing to the redesign of several internal tools.
This experience strengthened my Product Design practice, allowed me to work closely with developers, and contribute to the evolution of a Design System.
At the same time, I became actively involved in eXalt’s Design community.

Chapter 4
Growing Products and Teams
MAIF
Product Designer • eXalt Assignment • Since 2023
Today, I support MAIF’s Product teams in designing and improving internal tools.
My role spans discovering solutions that address business needs, designing user interfaces, contributing to the Design System, improving digital accessibility, and continuously refining design practices.
This experience has broadened my perspective on Product Design, allowing me to contribute not only to the product itself but also to the way teams collaborate and continuously improve.

Beyond my client assignments, I actively contribute to the growth of eXalt’s Design community.

I manage the Design training catalog, creating learning opportunities that support skill development and knowledge sharing across the Design team.
Mentoring
I mentor several designers, sharing my experience and helping them grow their Product Design skills and confidence.
Consultant onboarding
I support the onboarding and integration of new consultants, helping them settle into their teams and navigate their new environment.
Community buildinG
I organize workshops, contribute to internal events, and help foster a Design culture built on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
