Every experience has shaped the way I design.
Working across startups, scale-ups, and large organizations has allowed me to continuously grow as a Product Designer. Over time, my role has expanded beyond designing interfaces to building design systems, improving accessibility, contributing to DesignOps, and supporting the growth of other designers.

At eXalt, I became actively involved in the Design community by mentoring designers and contributing to the development of learning paths and training initiatives. These experiences allowed me to develop another side of my role: sharing knowledge, bringing people together, and helping build a sustainable design culture.
